Raul is the oldest son of the Perez family and is known for thinking outside of the box when it comes to coffee. He constantly explores new ideas and conducts research that focuses on achieving balance and sustainability not only economical but also environmental and social. For the last year Raul has been focusing and investigating regenerative farming that aims to increase the productivity, maximise quality potential and eliminate synthetic fertilisers dependence as well to heal and balance the natural biology of the soil.
 
This exceptional coffee offers a harmonious blend of apricot, yellow cherry, and caramel. Its sweet and creamy profile, coupled with a long, pleasant finish, makes it a truly enjoyable cup.
